About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who’s passionate about helping people, solving problems, and creating memorable interactions. You’ll be the first line of contact for our users — turning issues into opportunities and building loyalty one conversation at a time.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) to improve website rankings on major search engines (Google, Bing, etc.).

Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis.

Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and other digital assets to align with best SEO practices.

Perform regular website audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.

Manage link-building initiatives, outreach, and partnerships to acquire high-quality backlinks.

Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, CrazyEgg or Ahrefs.

Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with the content team & developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.

Recommend and execute technical SEO improvements (site speed, mobile responsiveness, structured data, etc.).
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience working with international markets (US / Singapore)

2-4 years of proven experience as an SEO Executive / SEO Specialist (preferably in an IT or tech services environment).

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.

Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, CrazyEgg, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).

Familiarity with technical SEO concepts (crawling, indexing, canonical tags, schema markup).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools or approaches (like AI Content Optimization, predictive SEO, ChatGPT, SurferSEO, etc.) is a plus.

Understanding of PPC campaigns and broader digital marketing is a plus.
