We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who’s passionate about helping people, solving problems, and creating memorable interactions. You’ll be the first line of contact for our users — turning issues into opportunities and building loyalty one conversation at a time.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Automation Anywhere A360.
- Analyze and understand business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Develop technical documentation including process design documents, solution design documents, and test cases.
- Conduct unit testing and system integration testing of automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution for automation failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of automation solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on using automated processes.
- Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of Automation Anywhere and recommend best practices for implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer with expertise in Automation Anywhere.
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using Automation Anywhere Enterprise platform
- Solid understanding of programming concepts and experience with scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, Python, or similar
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in process analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Certification in Automation Anywhere.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in implementing end-to-end automation solutions in a corporate environment.
- Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
