About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who’s passionate about helping people, solving problems, and creating memorable interactions. You’ll be the first line of contact for our users — turning issues into opportunities and building loyalty one conversation at a time.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Automation Anywhere A360.

Analyze and understand business processes to identify automation opportunities.
-
Develop technical documentation including process design documents, solution design documents, and test cases.
-
Conduct unit testing and system integration testing of automation solutions.
-
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution for automation failures.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of automation solutions.

Provide training and support to end-users on using automated processes.
-
Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of Automation Anywhere and recommend best practices for implementation.
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an RPA Developer with expertise in Automation Anywhere.

Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using Automation Anywhere Enterprise platform

Solid understanding of programming concepts and experience with scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, Python, or similar

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Prior experience in process analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.

Certification in Automation Anywhere.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Previous experience in implementing end-to-end automation solutions in a corporate environment.

Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism.

Knowledge of databases and SQL queries.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
